Natural Oil Woodstain is available in 17 standard colours. They are lightly tinted and transparent, allowing the timber’s natural grain to remain visible.

In a lot of cases, sanding will not be necessary before recoating.
Exterior use only
Coverage: Up to 26 square metres per litre per coat. On softwoods such as cedar and pine, coverage will be less.
No of coats: 2 is normal, however 3 may be needed on soft absorbent timbers such as cedar
Drying time: 4 – 6 hours
Sizes: 5ml sample sachets, 750ml and 2.5 litres
Natural Oil Woodstain colours vary in weather and UV resistance.
The darker colours containing more pigments have better weather and UV resistance than light colours.
Lighter colours such as White 900 and Pearl Grey 906 have less weather and UV resistance than darker colours.
Woodstain Clear Matt 701 has no UV resistance. See notes below.
