Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment received. Our web system will send you shipping notice email when dispatched. Please check your SPAM email folder if you don't receive the notice email in 3 working days.

NZ Post, Aramex and Post Haste are our preferred courier who will pick up every day. All of parcels are Signature Need. It is preferable to deliver to a work address to ensure that someone is there to sign for the delivery during normal business hours.

We ship products all over New Zealand by selected courier service providers.

All shipping will be Economy Parcel if freeshipping promotion enabled.

We provide free shipping in NZ if:

Orders over $399 for Auckland and North Island (Under 22kg).

Orders over $799 for South Island (Under 22kg).

Local pickup available unless special settlement terms have been agreed by us in writing.
