How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
We offer Express Shipping! To get your creative supplies to you as fast as possible, orders are dispatched up to twice daily during weekdays.
How much does shipping cost? Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel size. Great news—if you spend $399.00 or more, your order is eligible for FREE shipping!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to check the courier network service.
Do you offer Click & Collect (Pick Up)?
Absolutely! You can choose the Pick Up option at checkout.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We are committed to providing trusted quality products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Please review our full Return and Refunds Policy at the bottom of our website. Due to the nature of epoxy resins and chemical products, certain opened or used items may not be eligible for returns.
What payment methods do you accept? Are they secure?
We offer 100% Secure Payments. Alongside major credit and debit cards, we also provide "Buy now pay later" options. You can choose to use Afterpay or Zip at checkout.

Can I apply for a Trade Account?
Yes! As one of our regular customers, you're eligible to apply for our Trade Account if you are business customer. This gives you the flexibility to shop throughout the month and pay just once—on the 20th of the following month.
Do you accept Work and Income (WINZ) payments?
Yes, we are a registered Work and Income supplier. Please contact us if you need assistance with quotes or WINZ orders.
