Easycast is a two-component rigid urethane casting compound. It cures to Shore 65D and although translucent before mixing, it cures white in colour. Easycast is a rapid setting material that demonstrates slightly more flexibility than other similar materials.
Easycast is machinable, can be sanded, drilled, turned and ground. Easycast accepts a wide range of fillers and can reproduce the most minute detail as a result of its extremely low viscosity. This system is easily pigmented and fast turnover of parts can be achieved.
This product is awesome ! I thought I had mucked up this baster but it molded very well, its getting the gel time right be for you put the 2 half's of the mold together that's the trick. The mold was made using silicone putty by Art More it a bit beat up now as the 1st 6 guns were made using metal bond epoxy glue with no releasing agent but it stood up very well, another excellent product. Also Art Mores release agent works very well. All up a very happy camper cheers all
I purchased the large heat mat. I have used it a couple of times so far. The only thing I found was the NZ power plug added on is rather loose and it doesn't work plugged directly into the wall.
Bit of a trial, but figured out how to use the Latex so that my mask would work best. Amazing to use, simple, dries fast and is very strong
Very impressed with the resin I get from this company, it works well and quite easy and simple to use. Totally recommend them.
