Pottery plaster is highly uniform, noted for outstanding performance and long life. Ideal for running slip latex, sanitaryware and dinnerware.

1. When using this product, you must strictly follow the specified mixing ratio. Otherwise, it may result in the plaster taking a very long time to set, or setting far too quickly.

2. Mixing Ratios:
Water : Plaster = 100 : 120 (by Weight)
Set Time: 10 - 30 Minutes

3. When preparing the plaster mix, prepare both the water and the plaster first. You must slowly scatter and pour the plaster into the water. (Do not pour water into the plaster; doing so will cause the plaster to clump, resulting in an excessive amount of undissolved powder which leads to air bubbles and other adverse reactions during creation.)

4. Do not stir immediately after pouring the plaster into the water! It is recommended to wait about 30 seconds before you start stirring. Stirring immediately will prevent the plaster from fully dissolving in the water, leading to clumping.

5. Under the correct mixing ratio, if stirring manually, the stirring time should not be less than 3–4 minutes. A stirring time that is too short will cause the plaster to fail to set for a long period.

6. For ceramic mold making, the mold should only be opened after the plaster begins to generate heat. Opening the mold too early may cause the plaster to break or fracture because it has not yet reached the required hardness.

7. Plaster powder absorbs moisture very easily. After opening, please reseal it tightly in a timely manner to prevent contact with moisture in the air, which causes caking. After purchase, it should be used up within one month; it is not suitable for long-term storage. Upon receiving the product, store it in a cool, dry place promptly and use it as soon as possible.
