Clearsil addition-curing 2-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature ( RTV ). Being remarkably fluid, it is suitable for duplicating models with small undercuts.
Compatibility extends to all plasters, waxes, polyurethane and acrylic plastics.
Properties and application
• High chemical resistance to aggressive components of some types of resins
• Good tear resistance (against wear and tear) • High level of fidelity in very small details • High dimensional stability over time • Remarkable resistance to high temperatures and aging • Excellent anti-adhesive properties Main fields of application
• Manufacture of moulds and models for its remarkable reproduction precision, high dimensional stability and high mechanical strength
• Ceramic stencil printing (for its remarkable reproduction precision, high mechanical resistance and excellent laser cutting properties)
• Stamp pressure (because of the high mechanical resistance)
