I haven’t yet used the cup turner for its intended purpose but have put it together and it spins nicely (and quietly). The first cup turner I received unfortunately had a fault, but when I contacted the seller they immediately dispatched a replacement which arrived in perfect condition the following day. Excellent customer service.
Does what it suppose to. Only used it once but i love it. The motor is super quiet, you don't even know it's on.
Really great service and looking forward to using the tool in due course.
I am really pleased with this tumbler. So quiet we didn't know if it was going. Would happily purchase again.
Bought our first Tumbler in 2021, as Husband and I started expanding our Arts and Crafts Business and had a suggestion of starting to make Tumblers and Mugs etc.
So i found this item, made a purchase, and it arrived very quickly, we sold many Tumblers, and Mugs using this Turner, ours has being well and truly used, and it hasn't faulted, we don't regret our purchase, just wish it could handle heavier items, as it's weight capacity is limited.
