This rubber hardness tester is a measure of sulfur rubber and plastic products of hardness of the instrument. Made of alloy material, waterproof not rust, fine workmanship, durable. Type D is suitable compatible with general hard rubber, resin, acrylic, glass, thermoplastic rubber, printing plate, fiber etc.

Instructions: The sample on strong plane, take the hardness tester, pressure needle distance sample at least 12 mm edge smooth put pressure on foot pressure in the sample, makes the needle vertical pressure into the sample, until the feet and sample completely contact pressure when within 1s reading.  Measuring at least 6 mm apart in different positions of the measurement hardness value 5 times, take the average (micro-porous materials are measuring at least 15 mm).

In order to stabilize determination conditions, to enhance determination accuracy, hardness tester device should be in the same determination on supporting producer determination.
