Main for MOULD MAKING.

Mixing ratio 100 : 5 by weight.

High mechanical strength

All the products have high mechanical strength and are therefore indicated for many reproductions. Even the dimensional stability is good, even if lower than the silicones RTV-2 platinum cure.

To all the products thixotropizing agent can be added to make them thixo.

Zhermack’s silicone rubbers for mold making guarantee high accuracy in the reproduction of details, easy release from the clamp and an extended working life, thanks to high dimensional stability and broad-spectrum chemical compatibility. Polycondensation silicones are also used in the art foundry and restoration sectors.
